In the past 9 months I have lost 45kgs. Second Self is an amazing training environment that is encouraging and professional, and has a great team of trainers and members.


I have lost 20kgs over the year I have trained. My back and my knees are now pain free, and I am feeling much more stable through my joints and lower back.


Every class that I attend is a genuine work out session where the tempo of intensity is mixed and varied. The element of surprise!


I started training with Robbie weighing in at 94kgs. Since training 3 times per week with him I have lost 15kgs, and had a noticeable increase in my muscle definition!


Before I started training I was overweight, and being an ex smoker I wise in really bad shape health and fitness wise. One year on and I have lost over 25Kgs!
